Created through Via Training, this program reaches an audience of 600,000 Avon Representatives through a centralized learning management system. The 20-course training series is interactive and scenario-based, led by a cast of 25+ characters. The courseware focuses on software, soft skills, financial and general business training. It includes an incentives/rewards program, a robust job aid repository and an interactive note pad. Printed marketing materials were also created to promote the training program.
The training received a Brandon-Hall award as well as a Society for Technical Communications award in 2006.
